HAPPY

The HAPPY Initiative is a transformative agricultural program, spanning four years from 2023-2027, aimed at catalyzing Ghana’s agricultural value chains to reduce Ghana’s average annual food import by USD 2 Billion. This initiative is designed to strategically unlock job opportunities for marginalized groups, including youth, women-led businesses and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) between the ages of 15-35. Apply now to be part of the HAPPY Program and play a vital role in shaping the future of Ghana’s agricultural landscape.

Under the auspices of the Ghana Enterprises Foundation, in partnership with Mastercard Foundation and Agri-Impact Co. Ltd, the HAPPY Project seeks to mobilize and support 15,000 youth entrepreneurs. These entrepreneurs will be empowered to establish enterprises in various post-production activities across key agricultural value chains, specifically rice, soybean, tomato and poultry. Activities would encompass aggregation, milling, processing, packaging, product development and marketing. Join us in our mission to foster sustainable agricultural development, create economic opportunities and drive positive social change in Ghana.
